SOLVD is an independent, 3rd party service company providing a friendly, easy to use, lower cost option for select laboratory instruments. Many of the instruments we support are no longer supported by the OEM.
Our engineers are exceptionally skilled & well trained, our prices reasonable and we're nice people to work with.
We operate on a referral-only basis with almost 95% of our work coming from the largest asset management companies at Big Pharma. We are proud to be preferred vendors for:
- Agilent Crosslabs / Janssen sites
- Thermo Unity / multiple Sanofi sites
- PerkinElmer OneSource / Merck sites in the US

Our Approach
At SOLVD, we've been very cautious about expanding too fast as we can't let customers down with response times. Almost all our big pharma customers are GMP labs and we have to be there to do the PMs/calibrations/repairs on-time.
Dependability and responsibility are our top metrics. We are also careful about hiring and training Field Service Engineers as our knowledge base is all we have for value.
